Your bike should be delivered free of charge to the Touring Specialist that you have chosen within 2 working days  ( not including bank holidays) of the date that we recieve the order.

If you have not recieved any notification within 5 working days from your Touring Specialist that your bike has been delivered then please contact the Touring Specialist to check. if you do not have their contact details to hand you can find these on the Dealer locator page of this site.
